My Work Is Rooted in Lived Experience
I’m Dr. Yolande’ Denise Johnson – transformational coach, lived-experience guide, and speaker. For over thirty years, I worked as a professional makeup artist and body painter within image-driven industries.
I’ve worked with artists, performers, and public figures whose external success often masked deep disconnection from themselves. Through that work – and through my own personal transformation, including releasing over 160 pounds naturally – I came to understand something clearly:
Lasting confidence is built internally.
That truth became the foundation of my work today – helping women reconnect with themselves. Helping women reclaim self-worth through practical, authentic techniques that restore self-trust and actually stick. So they can live from a place of authenticity rather than expectation.
